CANCELLATION POLICY

Lavish Creation Body Waxing and More is grateful for your business and would like to kindly ask you to respect our scheduling policies. We offer the courtesy of email/text reminders upon booking. We understand that things come up and rescheduling may be necessary, but please do let us know as soon as you can either by phone or through your online booking app. A 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees. If you miss an appointment with no notification or cancel within 1hour of your appointment time, we charge 100% of the appointment fees. If you give less than 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your service(s) booked. Canceling 3 booking within 12months without a 24 hour notice will result in restrictions of booking with Lavish Creation. Thank you for your understanding.
